Why this directory exists

The word agent now appears on almost every AI product page, and it means very different things from one page to the next. Some products are chat assistants with a new label, some are full platforms that act in your systems with little supervision, and some are code libraries for developers. That makes it hard to compare tools or even to know which ones belong on the same list.

We built WithAutobot to sort these tools by the job they do and to describe each one plainly: what it is, who uses it, and what to check before you connect it to anything real. We pay particular attention to permissions, human approval and run history, because those decide whether an agent is safe to use more than any feature list does.

We keep descriptions short and factual, mark what we couldn't confirm, and leave out scores we would have to make up. Tool makers can submit or claim a listing for free, and paid placements are always labeled.

How tools are chosen and described

A tool is listed once we have confirmed that its official site or repository is live and that it does what our description says. Each tool sits in the one category that fits its main job, even when it covers several. We don't publish scores, rankings or prices, because prices change often and a score would be our opinion presented as a fact. Tools we couldn't confirm stay off the site until we can.

A listing is not a safety review. Agents act on your behalf in other systems, so check each vendor's security documentation, permissions model and data terms yourself before you connect one to real accounts.

Right now that is 68 AI agent tools in 10 categories, last checked 2026-11-04.

Makers can submit or claim a listing for free. A person checks every request before anything changes. Paid placements are marked Sponsored wherever they appear, and they never change what we write about a tool.

Corrections and removals

If a listing is wrong, or a tool has shut down, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
